a very different phyllis hit town last night

much more collected, composed and matured than the phyllis 3 yrs back

drinks chosen wisely, alcohol intake reduced and was surprisingly pretty much sober the entire night!

a phyllis from the past would guzzle every single glass offered to her, taking one shots after another and would have started to 'mingle' around the crowd, talking nonsense, making a fool out of herself.

but the phyllis now kept her composure, smiling only to friendly strangers and was there silent only to enjoy the night's ambience.

age is slowly catching up because i'm at a point where i think life's temptations are falling apart and that i'm starting to fall prey to conscience...

funny to think that with all those differences, i still manage to haf great fun with great company and yet have the satisfying thought of knowing that i'm gonna wake up the next morning only this time, minus the hangovr!
