QUICKIE:
seeing the name on the 1st class honours list... and that name belonged to me... i thought i'm truly blessed

frustration!

you know what's frustrating about being a law student?

... it's the onerous task of memorising names of cases.
it'll be wonderful if names of cases stay simple like Strong v Bird or Bull v Bull... that'll b lk hitting the jackpot if you're asking... very rare and almost impossible.

names of cases are usually LONG, CONFUSING and INCREDIBLY HARD TO REMEMBER.
Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale v Islington London Borough Council... need i say more :(
and if you think English cases are hard, Malaysian cases are even worst!
the names are allll similar sounding.... sobsobsobsobsobsob
my personal fav.... Eng Mee Yong v Letchumanan!
and it doesnt help that i suck at memorising.... my incorrigible flaw!
if only i can guzzle all the information down as easy as food! sigh...

and it certainly doesnt help that there's a certain LORD DENNING in law who happens to be overly opinionated.
where most lords are conservative believing that the common law is sacrosanct, lord denning is a bit too radical for my liking...
he's always the one dissenting judgments... he's the one who happily finds the chink in the armour and conveniently alters the law!
and thanks to him, Mr. Papa of Equity (fairness), i have extra judgments to read, extra chapters to cover and sigh a lot more cases to memorise.

the group in facebook is right... I DONT NEED SEX, LORD DENNING FUCKS ME EVERY DAY!
the guy fucks my brain everyday and it'll be great if he had a hot bod like dat...

IF ONLY!!!!!!!!.... SIGH
argh.... back to studying!
